| TriDAMP | MathDAMP extension for three-way comparisons of metabolite profiles |
|
Introduction
TriDAMP is a MathDAMP extension for the visualization of three-way comparisons between metabolite profiles. An intuitive color-coding is used to represent the three-way differences on density plots. More..
TriDAMP requires MathDAMP (freely available) and Mathematica to run. Trial version of Mathematica can be downloaded from Wolfram website. TriDAMP is available for academic use upon request.
